About the Role:
Cintra delivers some of the most complex infrastructure projects in the U.S., with more than $14 billion invested across six express lane projects in three states. As a wholly owned Cintra subsidiary, Cintra Toll Services (CTS) is responsible for delivering, operating, and enhancing the Central System that supports all revenue collection functions for Cintra-sponsored U.S. projects. CTS is a highly strategic asset because it enables effective and efficient toll collection, aligns operations across concessions, reduces sponsor risk, and limits dependence on external vendors. CTS also supports business development efforts for the procurement of new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is fully accountable for the day-to-day operations of CTS including:

Responsible for the P&L. Owner of the yearly budget and its reviews (agree invoicing values with the technical office and the concessionaires).

Approves invoices accordingly to budget, once the concessionaire and the Project Manager certify the work done by the provider.

Issues invoices accordingly to change orders and payment milestones in the executed contracts.

Responsible to improve baseline and costs.
· Contract Commercial Operations

Issues and negotiates all certificates for payment milestones with the concessionaire and the vendors.

About the Role

Prevencionista de Riesgos
- Este rol es crítico en terreno para asegurar la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) y el cumplimiento legal en una obra de alta complejidad. Actúa como contraparte técnica operativa para implementar el marco preventivo y verificar sistemáticamente que la faena cumpla normativa y estándares internos, con impacto directo en:

- Gestionar Trabajos de Alto Riesgo (TAR)

About the role
The Digitalization & Process Analyst / Specialist will support the implementation and adoption of Ferrovial Energy’s digitalization strategy across energy projects.
The role will focus on the effective use of digital tools, process improvement, standardization and reporting, acting as a link between digital solutions and business needs, and supporting project teams in their day-to-day use of these tools.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support and user assistance for corporate and technical digital tools used in energy projects.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Regional HSEQ Manager, the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Coordinator will assist in maintaining the company's health and safety systems in order to meet company and legislative compliance. This includes but is not limited to assisting with documenting training and assisiting with WSIB case management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, manage, maintain, and administer the Health and Safety Program in collaboration with Health and Safety department
- Relay required safety information to all staff
- Identify safety training requirements, make recommendations to Safety Committees, and schedule the training as approved and required
- Conduct safety training within the scope of his/her experience and certification
- Complete internal audits as required
- Assist with hazard assessments
- Coordinate regarding requirements for achieving COR Certification
- Maintain the WHMIS program, including current SOS and staff training
- Contribute positively to creating a safe and secure environment to support student learning
- Assist in the development, coordination, and maintenance of emergency preparedness plans
- Provide support with WSIB case management including being familiar with the Board's regulations and policies
- Work closely with the managers and supervisors ensuring compliance with safety legislation and company programs while at work
- Coordinate the review of health and safety related policies and procedures
- Monitor and advise on legislative and technical changes relating to health and safety
- Provide information to employees on health and safety
- Maintain and expand upon professional competence

About the role.
The Senior Liquidity Analyst candidate will be a key strategic partner within the Corporate Treasury Department, in Madrid.
The successful candidate will oversee and support the technical optimization of the treasury’s overall profitability along with digital transformation initiatives to provide the Corporate Treasury manager with highly accurate, real-time insights into the group’s global operations.
As part of the Corporate Headquarters, this role provides high-level support and strategic guidance to the group’s businesses and diverse companies on a global scale.
This function will transform traditional liquidity management into a high-performance, data-driven function that supports strategic decision-making across all jurisdictions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities.
- Global Liquidity & Yield Optimization: Maximize the profitability of global cash surpluses by identifying and analyzing new investment products. Lead the periodic analysis of cash yield deviations across different perimeters, with a focus on strategic improvements and solutions.
- Strategic Corporate Operations: Analyze, consolidate, and perform internal checks on the liquidity impacts of corporate operations. Focus on improving the frequency and quality of final data as a critical step prior to the preparation of Ferrovial’s cash flow forecasts.
- Risk & Counterparty Management: Ensure strict compliance with internal treasury policies and investment regulations. Lead the analysis of new counterparties and maintain the continuous update of banking credit quality within the system to mitigate institutional risk.
- Advanced Financial Result Analysis: Control and analyze the evolution of the Financial Result (Investment Income), to guarantee total data integrity for global reporting.
- Financial Investment Governance: Act as the ultimate guarantor for the management, control, and reconciliation of all financial investments group wide. This includes the end-to-end lifecycle: from updating investment products to ensuring flawless bank reconciliation.
- Banking Relations & Incident Resolution: Maintain direct and high-level relationships with global financial institutions.
Qualifications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance or Business Administration. MBA, CFA, or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certifications will be valued.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury within a major multinational or a leading global financial institution.
- English: Full Professional Proficiency (C1/C2).
- Technical Expertise:
- Specialist knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Treasury and Risk Management modules).
- Practical experience with FIS Integrity (TMS) is a plus.
- Others complementary skills:
- Experience in applying Generative AI and Predictive Analytics to treasury workflows.
- Strong command of data visualisation tools integrated with financial systems.
