Procurement Manager
Project: Slough Sewage Treatment Works (STW) – Extension of an operational sewage treatment plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively and liaise with the Design and Construction teams.
- To liaise with Thames Commercial representatives to discuss SAF 1 and 2 objective and requirements.
- Correspond and liaise with selected Supply Chain bidders to correctly administer the prequalification and tender processes.
- Arrange for appropriate tender meetings with the supply chain for each package.
- Draft suitable subcontract condition amendments and Data Part One and Two documents.
- Draft, compile, and amend Works Information documents for potential subcontract packages.
- Draft and amend standard ITT documents to issue to each supply chain.
- Manage on a day to day basis of tender queries for the tenderers.
- Arrange mid-term and final tender meetings,
- Prepare bid analysis documents for review where appropriate.
- Prepare recommendations to Ferrovial Cadagua JV and to Thames on each package.
- Attend meetings within FC JV to discuss procurement strategy and with Thames and Supply chain to review bid compliance and to discuss and agree any proposed changes in terms and conditions.

In 2016, the Commonwealth of Virginia selected a Cintra-led consortium to finance, design, build, operate and maintain the express lanes on Interstate 66 Outside the Beltway. The project will transform this critical Northern Virginia artery to relieve congestion, improve safety and provide more predictable travel times. The Senior Liquidity Analyst candidate will be a key strategic partner within the Corporate Treasury Department, in Madrid.

The Senior Finance Manager serves as the senior finance leader of NextMove, with end-to-end responsibility for financial strategy, planning, execution, and performance management. This role partners directly with CEO, leadership team and Cintra Headquarters teams, to drive decision-making, ensure financial discipline, and support sustainable growth, while coordinating with corporate finance and headquarters teams to ensure alignment with group standards and reporting requirements.

Job Description:
The Universal Support Quality & Training Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and training programs for the Universal Support department. Universal Support is a centralized department that includes Inbound and Outbound Call Operations, Research and Resolution (formerly Disputes), and Court Operations, operating under a single support model.
This role ensures that agents and support staff are trained, coached, and continuously developed to resolve issues across a full range of complexity, from simple customer inquiries to advanced research, escalation, and court‑related matters. The Quality & Training Supervisor partners with department leadership to drive consistent performance standards, regulatory and contractual compliance, and continuous improvement across on‑shore and off‑shore teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Quality Management & Assurance
Design, implement, and maintain a Universal Support Quality Assurance (QA) Program covering all functions within the department, including inbound and outbound calls, research and resolution activities, and court operations. Establish and document quality standards that support a simple‑to‑complex issue resolution model, ensuring agents are evaluated consistently regardless of contact type or case complexity. Conduct routine and ad‑hoc quality audits, case reviews, and workflow evaluations in collaboration with supervisors and managers. Define, track, and report quality KPIs for all Universal Support functions, ensuring alignment with operational goals and contractual obligations. Identify trends, recurring errors, and systemic issues through quality analysis and recommend corrective actions or process improvements. Escalate significant quality risks, compliance concerns, or performance issues to Department Managers and leadership as appropriate.
2. Training Program Development & Delivery
Develop and maintain new‑hire training programs for Universal Support agents and support staff, ensuring readiness across phone, research, and court‑related responsibilities. Design and manage a Train‑the‑Trainer program to support supervisors and designated trainers across on‑shore and off‑shore locations. Create structured training paths that support agent progression from basic transactions to complex issue resolution, including escalation handling and court operations support. Develop and maintain training manuals, SOPs, job aids, and reference materials for systems, tools, policies, and processes used across Universal Support. Deliver refresher, remedial, and ad‑hoc training based on QA findings, performance trends, policy changes, or system updates. Coordinate with off‑shore training leads to ensure consistency in training content, delivery standards, and performance expectations.
3. Coaching, Calibration & Continuous Improvement
Facilitate routine quality calibration and quality meetings with on‑shore and off‑shore teams to review trends, clarify expectations, and reinforce best practices. Support supervisors by providing coaching insights and targeted training recommendations based on quality and performance data. Maintain accurate training and quality documentation, including attendance records, certifications, audit results, and corrective action follow‑ups. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to workflows, training methods, and quality standards.
4. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and distribute routine quality and training reports, including operational dashboards, leadership summaries, and external reports as required. Report quality performance for on‑shore and off‑shore teams against established KPIs and contractual requirements. Provide clear, actionable insights to Department Managers and leadership to support performance management and decision‑making. Support audits, leadership meetings, and operational reviews by providing documented quality and training metrics.

About the role
The Traffic & Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the project, focusing on traffic and revenue forecasting, dynamic pricing execution, and performance monitoring. The Traffic and Revenue Manager works at the intersection of applied analytics, sketch modeling, and strategic planning. As the primary conveyor of information about revenue performance, you will interface with key stakeholders including North Carolina Department of Transportation, rating agencies, and shareholders. Additionally, the Traffic & Revenue Manager oversees and contributes to the processing, compilation, analysis and reporting of data for the concession. This manager has the responsibility for quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD). This should include preparing and presenting quarterly updates at each BOD meeting, as well as providing clear explanations for traffic performance—both in cases of overperformance and underperformance to various levels of leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Operational leadership
- Manage the development of traffic and revenue forecasts to support operational decisions, pricing updates, and budget planning.
- Monitor the performance of the project and oversee the implementation of pricing strategies.
- Analyze traffic trends, customer behaviors, and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance models, dashboards, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators.
- Develop and refine pricing strategies with data analysis and forecasting.
- Support implementation of new technologies, pricing algorithms, and tools as directed by senior leadership.
- Proactively understand the project’s traffic performance, operational requirements, customer expectations, and revenue needs of the company. Create hypotheses and translate them into analysis requirements, and identify meaningful insights that help improve our customer experience and project utilization.
- Oversee the development of traffic and revenue forecasts for the project, including for the annual budgets and for the quarterly revisions. Proactively explain performance relative to this budget throughout the year
- Prepare illuminating and reliable monthly reports summarizing traffic, revenue and economic conditions for the project
Leadership and Engagement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the project.
- Coordinate with the COOs, Marketing, and other internal teams to develop novel and effective ways to improve traffic and revenues through design, signage, and communication changes
- Supervise engineers and analysts, providing guidance on technical methodologies and reviewing analytical work.
- Coordinate the Traffic and Revenue Department workload to ensure accountability, reliability, and accuracy by delegating the necessary tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure department goals are met
- Support the leadership and contribute to presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Sever as a key liaison to shareholders, senior leadership, and other stakeholders translating technical findings into strategic recommendations

IT SERVICE Associate
The IT Service Associate is responsible for ensuring the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of IT services supporting Ferrovial’s corporate operations. This role works directly with service providers, oversees SLAs, supports incident/problem/change processes, and partners closely with business stakeholders and the internal IT teams to ensure systems operate reliably and securely.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional that will be responsible for coordinating IT services delivered to the different lines of business throughout their projects lifecycle in the Americas region, from initial phases (tenders and new office mobilization/setup) to project completion. The local IT service manager will be the main contact for local businesses for all the IT related matters – he/she will act as liaison between site business/IT teams and other internal department/external resources to ensure IT services are deployed and operated in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Service Manager
Act as single point of contact for IT needs with company sites in the Americas region.
