Who is NTE, NTE 35W, and LBJ?
The North Tarrant Express (NTE) was the first design-build-finance-operate-maintain managed lanes project in Texas and consisted of the complete reconstruction of 13.3 miles of the existing I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. Since opening in October 2014, nine months ahead of the contracted completion date, the general highway lanes are experiencing a 70% decrease in congestion time and a 15% increase in average speed. This Cintra-led project has doubled capacity and significantly improved mobility along this heavily congested corridor that traverses the heart of six cities through Northeast Tarrant County.
The North Tarrant Express 35W (NTE 35W) project spans 16.8 miles from I-30 in downtown Fort Worth to Eagle Parkway at the north end of Alliance Airport. The project is operated and maintained by the Cintra-led consortium in North Texas. This project has improved mobility by adding additional road capacity through a combination of general highway lanes and continuous frontage roads, along with tolled express lanes that use variable pricing to keep traffic moving.
The LBJ Express (LBJ) is currently the largest P3 operation in Texas and one of the largest ever undertaken in the U.S. It is a regionally-significant transportation improvement project in North Texas that is relieving severe congestion in the dense urban area of north Dallas. In 2009, the Cintra-led consortium was selected to complete the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of the project along I-635 and I-35E. Since opening in September 2015, the general highway lanes are realizing a 60% decrease in congestion time and a 10% increase in average speed.

Job Description:
The Corporate Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for the timely, accurate preparation and analysis of recurring financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to support senior leadership, the Board, lenders, and shareholders. The role is heavily focused on structured financial reporting and compliance, ensuring all deliverables meet the requirements outlined in Loan Agreements and the Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA). This includes maintaining accurate supporting schedules, reconciling data, and ensuring consistency across reporting packages.

SUMMARY
Ferrovial Webber Energy is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Substation Engineer to support Renewables projects on the EPC side. The Substation Engineer develops and reviews utility or consultant provided substation drawings, including General Arrangements, Elevations, Cable and Conduit Plans, Grounding Plans, AC/DC Schematics, panel elevations, electrical equipment enclosure plans, wiring diagrams, specifications, and reports to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and in accordance with sound engineering practices and client standards.
The Substation Engineer acts as a technical lead and applies standard engineering techniques and procedures on moderately complex projects. This role supports the full project lifecycle—from conceptual design through commissioning—ensuring compliance with utility standards, industry codes, and project requirements.
REGULAR JOB DUTIES
- Thoroughly analyze the specifications, scope of work, drawings, other request for proposal (RFP) documents and develop a complete understanding of the RFP requirements.
- Makes design recommendations, adaptations and modifications for renewable substations.
- Manage third party electrical partners in development of electrical drawings and designs. Review drawings and electrical studies and ensure the correct application of the electrical code.
- Involved in the resolution of design problems, which may include performing field investigation or observation, detailed design work and detailed quality control (QC) review of design calculations.
- Coordinates specific design aspects of a project requiring the ability to plan, schedule, conduct, and communicate work with team members.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors and reviews quotations.
- Provide technical support during interconnection. Interpret utility standards and ensure project designs adhere to grid codes and interconnect agreements.
- Develop technical specifications and scopes of work for engineering firms, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers and feedback on electrical scope and pricing.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required. ABET accredited program or equivalent required
- 5-6 years of engineering experience required
- Experience with renewable energy interconnections (solar, wind, BESS).
- Knowledge of ISO/RTO interconnection processes (ERCOT, PJM, SPP, etc.)
- Prior experience working with physical design or protection and control design of electrical power substations required
- Ability to perform AC & DC substation studies
- Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
- Experience using ground grid modeling software a plus
- Knowledge of substation protection and control schemes a plus
- Knowledge of basic relay settings a plus
- Knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) a plus

Responsabilidades
* Planificar, organizar y supervisar las actividades diarias en la obra de edificación.
* Coordinar y dirigir al equipo de trabajo a su cargo, asignando tareas y controlando su desempeño.
* Controlar la ejecución de los trabajos según los planos, especificaciones técnicas y programa de obra.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud laboral en la obra.
* Gestionar y controlar los recursos materiales, maquinaria y herramientas necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto.
* Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto y los plazos de ejecución, informando de cualquier desviación.
* Colaborar con el Jefe/a de Obra en la resolución de incidencias técnicas y operativas.
* Reportar periódicamente el avance de la obra y el estado de los trabajos.
* Asegurar la calidad de los acabados y la correcta ejecución de cada fase del proyecto.
* Interpretar planos y especificaciones técnicas para la correcta ejecución de la obra.
Cualificaciones
* Formación profesional de Grado Superior en Edificación y Obra Civil, o titulación equivalente.
* Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años como Encargado/a de Edificación en proyectos de construcción, preferiblemente en edificación residencial o terciaria.
* Amplios conocimientos en técnicas constructivas, materiales, mediciones y presupuestos.
* Capacidad de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y resolución de problemas.
* Conocimiento y aplicación de la normativa de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
* Habilidad para interpretar planos y documentos técnicos.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en distintas ubicaciones de proyecto.
* Permiso de conducir B.
* Se valorará el manejo de herramientas informáticas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Presto, etc.).

Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Obra con experiencia para supervisar y coordinar las actividades de construcción en nuestro proyecto de Edar en Sagunto, Valencia. Who is NTE, NTE 35W, and LBJ?
The North Tarrant Express (NTE) was the first design-build-finance-operate-maintain managed lanes project in Texas and consisted of the complete reconstruction of 13.3 miles of the existing I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. Since opening in October 2014, nine months ahead of the contracted completion date, the general highway lanes are experiencing a 70% decrease in congestion time and a 15% increase in average speed. This Cintra-led project has doubled capacity and significantly improved mobility along this heavily congested corridor that traverses the heart of six cities through Northeast Tarrant County.
The North Tarrant Express 35W (NTE 35W) project spans 16.8 miles from I-30 in downtown Fort Worth to Eagle Parkway at the north end of Alliance Airport. The project is operated and maintained by the Cintra-led consortium in North Texas. This project has improved mobility by adding additional road capacity through a combination of general highway lanes and continuous frontage roads, along with tolled express lanes that use variable pricing to keep traffic moving.
The LBJ Express (LBJ) is currently the largest P3 operation in Texas and one of the largest ever undertaken in the U.S. It is a regionally-significant transportation improvement project in North Texas that is relieving severe congestion in the dense urban area of north Dallas. In 2009, the Cintra-led consortium was selected to complete the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of the project along I-635 and I-35E. Since opening in September 2015, the general highway lanes are realizing a 60% decrease in congestion time and a 10% increase in average speed.

Job Description:
The Field Systems Analyst assists the Field Systems Analyst Manager in monitoring and supporting day-to-day operations of the ITS Tolling system and management of inventory control to ensure SLAs, KPIs, and general requirements are met and/or exceeded. The Field Systems Analyst also actively participates in Field Systems training activities and performs maintenance activities on occasion.

Measure, analyze, and trend Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as they relate to inventory management

Analysis of inventory cost trends to measure against the budget and report on deviations

Propose and drive the implementation of automated dashboard reports for inventory operations.

Report, analysis, and trend on the accuracy and timeliness of completed work orders, as well as system repair and response times

Identification and reporting of anomalies regarding the Tolling system issues and trends

Prevencionista de Riesgos / Responsable del Sistema de Gestión de SSO
- El cargo de Prevencionista de Riesgos / Responsable del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SSO) corresponde a una posición crítica dentro de una obra de infraestructura mayor, con fuerte presencia en terreno y responsabilidad directa sobre la implementación, control y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).
Objetivo del Cargo
- Asegurar, liderar y controlar la correcta implementación del SG-SST en la obra, mediante la identificación, evaluación y control de riesgos operacionales, el cumplimiento legal y contractual, y la coordinación preventiva con trabajadores, contratistas, subcontratistas y equipos internos.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Implementar, mantener y controlar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la obra.
- Gestionar y actualizar la MIPER, considerando cambios constructivos, nuevos riesgos, incidentes, hallazgos y lecciones aprendidas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente, incluyendo Ley 16.744, DS 44, DS 76, DS 594 y protocolos MINSAL aplicables.
- Coordinar la gestión preventiva de contratistas y subcontratistas, verificando documentación, inducciones, programas preventivos, controles de terreno y cumplimiento de medidas correctivas.
Funciones Clave del Cargo
- Integrar la prevención de riesgos en la planificación y ejecución diaria de la obra.
- Controlar permisos de trabajo, análisis de tareas, secuencias constructivas, recursos, señalización, equipos, protecciones y competencias del personal.

Formación Requerida
Excluyente:
- Título profesional de Ingeniero/a en Prevención de Riesgos, idealmente con formación en seguridad y salud ocupacional, higiene industrial y sistemas de gestión.
Carreras afines:
- Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos y Medio Ambiente, Ingeniería en Ejecución con formación sólida en prevención, o programas equivalentes reconocidos por la autoridad sanitaria.
Certificaciones Requeridas y Deseables
Obligatoria:
- Registro vigente como Experto/a en Prevención de Riesgos ante SEREMI/MINSAL.
Deseables:
- Formación o experiencia en ISO 45001.
