About the role:
A Traffic & Revenue Engineer is responsible for analyzing traffic and socioeconomic data to develop accurate and reliable traffic and revenue forecasts. They play a crucial role in the feasibility analysis of new project developments by providing data-driven insights and models for long-term traffic & revenue forecasts. A Traffic & Revenue Engineer also utilizes the knowledge gathered through the analysis of the data to develop long-term revenue forecasts of existing projects in Cintra’s portfolio.
Key responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of traffic and socioeconomic data within the concession companies and their area of influence.

Develop and maintain sophisticated spreadsheet-based models to project traffic and revenue, considering historical data and prevailing economic conditions.

Prepare traffic & revenue related memos examining trends, leading indicators and travel patterns, present findings and forecasts to supervisors and company executives.

Stay abreast of regional policies, market trends, and technological advancements that may impact traffic and revenue projections.

Alamo NEX Construction, LLC is a part of the Ferrovial Group in Texas. In 2021, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) selected Alamo NEX Construction, LLC, a joint venture between Ferrovial Construction Texas, LLC and DBW, LLC (both Ferrovial Group subsidiaries), to complete the Interstate 35 (I-35) NEX Central Project. Position Summary
The Project Engineer supports the Segment / Discipline Manager in the planning, coordination, and control of assigned construction segments within the USACE Flood Risk Control project in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on cost, schedule, quantities, and technical coordination, ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract requirements.
The Project Engineer acts as the primary link between field operations and project controls, supporting self‑perform and subcontracted works while coordinating closely with Engineering, Quality, Environmental, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Segment / Discipline Manager in the execution of assigned construction scopes.
- Plan and track construction activities in accordance with the approved schedule and budget.
- Monitor and control costs, quantities, and productivity for assigned segments.
- Participate in monthly cost closing, forecasting, and master budget updates.
- Prepare quantity take‑offs, cost breakdowns, and production reports.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self‑perform crews to ensure alignment with project objectives.

The role
Ferrovial Construction is looking for a Project Controls Engineer to support on infrastructure projects in the Heathrow airport.
Heathrow Airport
Ferrovial Construction has been working at Heathrow Airport for over 12 years delivering some of the most complex infrastructure projects to high quality, safety and environmental standards. We have focused on design and build projects with a mix of contractual arrangements. This has enabled us to refine our management procedures in response to Heathrow’s Employers Requirements and Ferrovial Construction own internal management systems.
Since joining Heathrow’s framework in 2008, Ferrovial Construction has delivered a variety of airside and landside projects across the whole airport. For example, we have delivered new taxiways and rehabilitated existing taxiways and the southern runway. We have also redeveloped sterile and grass areas and replaced critical assets, such as fire main, fuel main and HV ducts. We are currently working alongside Heathrow to rehabilitate assets with expired design life’s and plan for a future runway resurfacing project. We are constantly designing and planning our works around critical assets and engaging with different key stakeholders in order to deliver Heathrow value for money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support on a portfolio of projects for the purpose to obtain and report the performance, cost and risks associated according to the Contract requirements and works information
- Provide support on the development of the project’s baselines across the scope, time, cost, risk schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and explanation, opportunities for improvement and earned value management of the Programme.

Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Edificación para FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A. que supervise y coordine las obras de edificación, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los proyectos en tiempo, coste y calidad. Será responsable de la gestión del equipo de obra y del cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad.
Responsabilidades
* Planificar, organizar y supervisar las actividades diarias en la obra de edificación.
* Coordinar y dirigir al equipo de trabajo a su cargo, asignando tareas y controlando su desempeño.
* Controlar la ejecución de los trabajos según los planos, especificaciones técnicas y programa de obra.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud laboral en la obra.
* Gestionar y controlar los recursos materiales, maquinaria y herramientas necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto.
* Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto y los plazos de ejecución, informando de cualquier desviación.

Cualificaciones
* Formación profesional de Grado Superior en Edificación y Obra Civil, o titulación equivalente.
* Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años como Encargado/a de Edificación en proyectos de construcción, preferiblemente en edificación residencial o terciaria.
* Amplios conocimientos en técnicas constructivas, materiales, mediciones y presupuestos.
* Capacidad de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y resolución de problemas.
* Conocimiento y aplicación de la normativa de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
* Habilidad para interpretar planos y documentos técnicos.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en distintas ubicaciones de proyecto.
* Permiso de conducir B.
* Se valorará el manejo de herramientas informáticas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Presto, etc.).

The position of Estimator will analyze, prepare and review bids (including earthwork, utilities, mechanical piping, and amenities) for heavy civil (roadway, highway, bridge) projects. Must have experience estimating on large ($50 mm plus) projects utilizing all delivery methods.
What You Will Do:

Access cost effectiveness of products, projects or service.

Track actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. Track actual commodities pricing for items that may impact cost before bid or during buy-out phase.

Consult with clients, vendors and personnel in other departments to discuss project and formulate strategies, estimates and resolve conflict issues.

Confer with engineers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.

Review plans and specifications for general compliance and standard industry practices for utility and water/wastewater treatment plant projects.

Responsible for through review and understanding of all correspondence required during bidding phase of project including but not limited to: Plans, Specifications, Bid Forms, RFI's, Clarifications and Addenda.

Administer full cycle take-offs and pricing for your assigned divisions, subcontractor coordination, evaluation of skills, bid preparation and submittal of bid. This includes when only 30-60% plans are available.
