Your Role: Leading the Way in Heavy Civil Construction Projects 

The Superintendent will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.  

Ensure a safe working environment and uphold a rich safety culture by implementing Webber's high safety standards. Support Webber's goal of having Zero Recordable Safety incidents.  

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Monitor project schedules, review milestones, and address challenges for multiple projects. Communicate and collaborate with management on schedule changes. 

  • Oversee work planning, including machinery needs, personnel requirements, road closures, and progress updates. 

  • Review work schedules, address potential delays, and implement strategies to meet milestones on time. 

  • Continuously monitor work production and budget, providing solutions to control costs and ensure smooth construction activities. 

  • Collaborate with the team to share solutions, express concerns, monitor resources, and achieve goals. 

  • Interact professionally with outside consultants, customers, and subcontractors, sharing relevant information effectively. 

  • Enforce company standards related to work ethics, safety, quality, and other policies within the team. 

  • Supervise and manage the hiring, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of personnel.

The role

Ferrovial Construction is looking for a Finance Graduate to provide support to the team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is looking to gain a general overview of financial management. The 2-year graduate development programme is designed to develop personal, professional and technical skills through a blended approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and accounting of supplier and subcontractor invoices
  • Raise invoice queries in a timely manner with suppliers and/or site management teams
  • Ensuring that all accounting transactions are recorded timely, accurately and with compliance to relevant standards and principles.
  • Managing financial accounting and reporting systems (including Ferrovial bespoke systems and SAP)
  • Ensuring payments are processed in line with agreed payment terms and are fully compliant with Ferrovial terms and conditions
  • Promoting company values such as collaboration in all dealings with other employees, suppliers, subcontractors, and other external contacts.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Eléctrico para nuestra oficina técnica en Madrid, Cadagua, quien será responsable del diseño, cálculo y seguimiento de proyectos eléctricos en el sector de tratamiento de aguas, asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de la normativa.

Funciones:
* Diseñar y calcular instalaciones eléctricas de baja y media tensión para plantas de tratamiento de agua (ETAP, EDAR, IDAM).
* Elaborar planos eléctricos, esquemas unifilares, listas de materiales y especificaciones técnicas.
* Seleccionar equipos eléctricos (motores, variadores de frecuencia, cuadros eléctricos, instrumentación) y dimensionar cableado.
* Realizar estudios de coordinación de protecciones y cálculos de cortocircuito.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos técnicos (mecánica, instrumentación y control, obra civil) para la integración de los sistemas.
* Participar en la redacción de ofertas técnicas y la preparación de documentación para licitaciones.
* Apoyar en la supervisión técnica durante la fase de construcción y puesta en marcha de los proyectos.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa eléctrica vigente y los estándares de calidad de la empresa.

Requisitos:
* Ingeniero/a Eléctrico, Ingeniero/a Industrial con especialidad en Electricidad, o titulación equivalente.
* Experiencia mínima de 3 años en diseño y cálculo de instalaciones eléctricas, preferiblemente en el sector industrial, tratamiento de aguas o energía.
* Dominio de software de diseño eléctrico (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical o similar) y cálculo (Caneco BT, Etap o similar).
* Conocimiento de la normativa eléctrica española (REBT) e internacional.
* Nivel avanzado de inglés (B2 o superior).
* Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
* Disponibilidad para viajes puntuales.

Precisamos incorporar un Técnico/a de Proyectos en la zona de Valladolid. Colaborar con el Proyectista Jefe y el Jefe de Obra en la redacción, supervisión y aprobación de los Proyectos Constructivos, vinculados a su
especialidad, así como realizando labores de Asistencia Técnica en las obras que finalmente se ejecuten en el marco del contrato suscrito con ADIF para el "Mantenimiento de Infraestructura y Vía de las Líneas Convencionales y de Ancho Métrico de la Subdirección Norte".

Funciones:

– Asumir las Funciones de Autor de los proyecto; junto CON el Proyectista Jefe.
– Prestar servicio de Asistencia técnica en las OBRAS QUE el adjudicatario realice dentro del marco del contrato.
– Redactar los Estudios; informes; dictámenes; cálculos y cuanta documentación técnica y de gestión sea requerida PARA el desarrollo del contrato.
– Supervisar; aprobar y Redactar los proyectos Constructivos vinculados a SUS especialidad.
– Coordinar a los departamentos técnico y Productivo en las fases de desarrollo y Ejecución de los proyectos encomendados.

Requisitos:
– Titulación Universitaria como Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o titulación equivalente (Máster nivel 3 del MECES o nivel 7 del EFQ).

– Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.

– Normativa Ferroviaria específica de Adif.
– Carnet de conducir Tipo B.
– Programas informáticos genéricos: PAQUETE OFFICE.
– Programas de diseño: AUTOCAD, ADOBE PROFESIONAL, ADOBE PHOTOSOP.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, located in Sydney, with significant experience in PPP transactions and the Australian renewable energy sector. The role will operate from a sponsor/equity perspective, providing legal support in relation to transmission line projects by advising on structuring and partnering arrangements, bid processes, and project financing. The position will also involve advising on development activities and M&A transactions related to generation and storage projects.  

The candidate will join Ferrovial Energy’s Legal Department in Australia, reporting to the Head of Legal – International.

  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Comprehensive legal support throughout the lifecycle of projects from early stages of development through construction and into operations, including drafting and negotiating and/or giving advice on a variety of energy project-related contracts, such as:  

– Provide legal support to the business team for the day-to-day management of our pipeline and portfolio and report regularly to Head of Legal- International, based in Madrid. 

– Legal advice on applicable legislative and regulatory frameworks including ring-fencing aspects, as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies. 

– The production of legal analysis report focusing on the description of the project and key risks, as well as assessment of any legal report prepared by external legal advisor, as part of internal approval process in Ferrovial.  

– Management of claims and disputes. 

– General corporate housekeeping, such as preparing simple resolutions, filings, etc.  

– Manage relationships with external advisers.
