The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company’s strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.


The Centre of Excellence (CoE) supports globally the Ferrovial Business Units in the field of whole life (Design, Build, Operate and Maintain) Infrastructure Asset Management (i.e., Digital twins, process digitalization, simulation, platforms, data frameworks, etc.).
Reporting directly to Digital Lifecycle Information and Collaboration Lead this position will play a key role supporting lifecycle information flows and methodologies as well as different initiatives linked to parametric and generative, BIM or Digital Twins technologies, working in collaboration with the wider CoE and Innovation teams as well as with other corporate departments and Ferrovial Business units.


Support the implementation of the Digital Collaboration framework managing specific projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Manage suppliers ensuring technical compliance with project requirements and alignment to Ferrovial principles.

Manage information and data workflows from design and construction to operation  and maintenance into third-party solutions, looking to gain efficiencies in those processes.

Analyse and implement parametric and generative strategies to optimize design and operation phases of infrastructure assets such as highways, power lines or vertiports.

Keep track of technological information workflows solutions as well as of other cutting-edge tools linked to parametric and generative, BIM and Digital Twins technologies on the market and test them through the development of PoCs.

Collaborate with other team members of the department to ensure alignment on the information flows and standards and to identify synergies between active and future initiatives.

University degree in Engineering or Architecture. Master and/or relevant experience working with information solutions in the CAD-BIM environment as well as with parametric and generative design tools is required.

Strong project management capabilities with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with both agile and traditional delivery methodologies, ideally on the infrastructure sector.

Experience working directly with suppliers and partners.

Strong knowledge of BIM principles, methodologies and associated technologies.

Experience working with IFC, GIS and other data frameworks and workflow solutions.

Knowledge of parametric and generative design solutions and software: Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Karamba, etc.

Advanced PC skills and knowledge of office 365 tools.

High level of English (minimum C1).


Ability to work collaboratively and across teams.

Communication effectively in writing and orally.

Excellent time management managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Keen interest in transport infrastructure, digital twins and simulation and relevant enabling technologies.
