The role

Ferrovial Agroman is looking for Graduate Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Engineers to work on numerous Infrastructure projects under the supervision of our HSQE Managers. You will assist on and in some case be responsible for the day to day activities on a variety of UK infrastructure projects

To support the development of a strong Health& Safety and Environmental focused culture on the Project
To assist in the development of a consistent Project Health & Safety and Environmental plans in line with the company and group policy
To become an expert in Health & Safety and Environmental legislation and best practice to assist with project compliance and continuous improvement
To support the Project HSQE Manager in the development of briefing and communication strategies to ensure that the Health & Safety and Environmental plans and important information is understood and operated by all employees and subcontractors
To support the Project HSQE Manager in development of measurement systems to ensure that Health and Safety performance are accurately monitored
To support the Project HSQE Manager in contributing to formal reports & Reviews
To support the Project HSQE Manager with investigations, ensuring the comprehensive gathering of supporting evidence material.

*Key Skills:*Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental LegislationPrevious work experience in a Health, Safety, Quality or Environmental role [Preferred not essential]People management experience [Preferred not essential]The capacity to deal sensitively with people but at the same time not avoiding issues.Excellent written and oral English language

Key accountabilities

Degree or Masters in Health & Safety/Environmental studies
Essential Criteria:
Right to work in the UK & Ireland

Currently, all of our key projects are in London, however we are bidding for works across the UK

If you have graduated already, you will be able to start as soon as possible

If you graduate this year [2019-2020] then you can start as soon as you have finished your formal exams
